black market is obvious as banks are not providing USD even for a foreign tour. The maximum limit provided at the Katunayaka Airport is 100 USD with a very high commission. So even the people who goes away from SL for tour, Work Meetings, business have to fulfill there demand though black-market...- gaya_94
