    Can a computer case fan be tested with a ohm meter correctly ? Fan not rotating. Fan blades can be rotated by hand easily. The changes in magnetic poles felt. Can't notice any difference from a working fan. So no dust or anything obstructing fan rotation. I connected fan to psu and checked...
