No right.you are just a mere employee who thinks about someones elses property because of fiduciary duty.just do your bloody job and if you are unhappy working for your current ownership find a new one.you are not a dog to be that loyal.let's say they pay you 2 million now and you can't find a similar role like that outside of the current org.then use this time to upskill to find something better.cleary it's not your bloody job to take decisions in your current org.so you are just an employee.that's why you are venting here just to fix up your mind thinking you are important for them.
