everybody have the right to the Education. Not only the ppl
who are selected to the university. But in the doctor is a profession. Doctor get's
that profession by that degree. the benchmark that measures a doctor is that degree.
So there is a point machan.

Then there should be a public Doctor exam system to issue the doctor Medical
profession. or some evaluation system like that.I am a student who are studying
BIT and according to my idea I think you have everything in the internet if you
want the Education. So it's a waste of money for a private university like SLIIT.
anyway I'm not criticizing the SLIIT , but I criticize they are taking money.
The SLIIT have a reputation that they bulded by their own , BIT has a reputation that
BIT builded by their own.....


But about the medical faculty the story is different, private universities and private
exams then how can we gurantee that the quality or the expertise of the graduates
are same as the internal medical students?So how can we give the same
reputation(which owned by the medical students) to the money for the private
students?It's not fair and it's a disaster for the innocent patients.

mm its different story when it come to the medicine men u cant watch youtube video and do a bypass for a person it depends on the skills and the experience of that person
that is y medical students spend so much time (10 years) to be qualified doctor. course in university its only 5 year course but they spend another 5 years ( or nearly 5 years) working for be qualified to do on their own


and as for to this thread they said in 2010 the needed number of the doctors for sri lanka will be ful filled so it is 2010 now and i think it is true bcouz if you travel between two bus halts you can c more than 2 private dispensaries on your journey now dont ask me what about the rural areas the problem is there is enough doctors or before 2015 there will be more than want but the question is no one like to work in rural areas so its a problem about the way people think no about the profession and number of doctors so my idea is that is a very foolish act that they opened a private medical factuality @ malambe
their intention might be to stop people going abroad and spend lot of money for studies in foreign universities but that didnt happened people who has money will go abroad as they know the quality of local institutes even they are private and for higher studies no recognition for local private institutes
so thats what i think about it government made the problem worse and in near future you will c that doctors also join to the "රැකියා විරහරත උපාධිධාරීන්ගේ සංගමය "
