The highest you could think of, for both the questions

Im not disrespecting women, it's just how their brains are wired by the nature (the universe).

From the universe's perspective, women have definitive roles, to participate in reproducing, taking care of offspring and upkeep the shelter (the house).
While men are natural predators to others (in perspective of other animals etc) who hunt, provide, and protect their family/families.

Women need a monkey head to perform their assigned duties.

So, an educated woman is just a monkey with a degree. But they're fun to look at though
(no disrespect, it's just their fundamental nature which cannot be changed)

If you're a man, go to a women only school for a moment and you can see how fundamental their brains work.
They act like animals compared to boys only school.
Women have heightened sexual desires than men as well,
it's just they're powerless in that since we have the more damaging weapon and raping etc are more damaging to women than men,
if it was not the case, they wouldn't have spare a one single man in this world without raping them.
