I have seen people like you thinking government Unis are the world. There were many such and could not complete degree. In E fac, you get tourist like you but actually there are many who miss it because they didnt do AL properly. They have skills , knowledge, and courage to outperform many of the AL super group.

What matters is their background. Very rarely a key guy in Anthare is produced in a arts faculty in Pera, Colombo, Mora, Ruhuna etc.
