ඒවා Software company නෙහ්. $1000 ශේප්. 7 years experience තිබුනට කලින් role/salary අනුව එකපාරම ලක්ෂ 5-6 දෙන එකක් නෑ බං ලේසියෙන්.
මොකුත් හිතන්න එපා කිව්වට. මෙච්චර කල් තමන්ව value නොකර නොවටිනා salaries වලට රස්සාවල් ගියට එකෙන් උබ උබේ ජීවිතය වගේම අනිත් උන්ගෙ salaries වලටත් ලොකු හානියක් කරගෙන තියෙනවා.
උඹ 24X 7 ශිෆ්ට් වැඩ තියෙන ඒවාට ඇප්ලයි කරන්නේ නැද්ද ? 8-5 ඒවා වල නම් සැලරි අඩු ඇති.

EPF එක පඩියෙන් කපාගෙන එක වත් දාල නෑ.ඉන්ටර්වීව් ම එනවනේ bn 10ක් විතර bn,උබ local base company ද ගියේ

මුකුත් හිතන්නේ නෑ bn.. එක එක කොම්පැණි වෙනස් ගෙවන ගණන් වෙනස්.. හොඳ company වල connection වලට talents වලට ඒ හැමදේම බලලා job වලට ගන්නේ.. තරගය වැඩි .. local company ගෙවන ගණන් උන් budget control කරන් හැමදේම කරන්නේ,
