7 or 7t will definitely shipped with 5g and ultrasonic in display fingerprint scanner. 6t use 2nd gen optical fingerprint scanner. According to reviews it's very slow compared to hardware ones and accuracy is low.

Other main reason is SD 855 or sd8150. Op 7 will launch with this soc. SD 855 will be snapdragons first 7nm soc and it will double single core and multi core performance. Also will improve battery life.
