    Program කරන්න ගොඩක් ලේසියි
    හැම තැනම වගේ Tutorials තියන නිසා ඉගෙන ගන්නත් පහසුයි
    Stored Procedures හෙම ලේසියෙන්ම ලියන්න පුලුවන්

    Oracle

    • It reduces both server and storage costs.
    • It eliminates the idle redundancy in all data centers.
    • It increases the productivity of DBAs and improves all system performances.

    Comparing Oracle with SQL Server

    *Scalability
Oracle Database is the main data administration arrangement that is
demonstrated to scale to meet all business prerequisites on all equipment
stages, from single processor and mid-run multiprocessor frameworks to
    large scale.
SQL Server only runs on the Windows stage, so any future development of
a business is then additionally constrained to the Windows stage.

    *Platform Neutrality
Oracle Database gives exceptional movability over every significant stage,
and guarantees that your applications will pursue without adjustment not
    withstanding evolving stages.
SQL Server is of course limited to only the Windows platform, and has no
technology for supporting a grid architecture.

    *Cost-Benefit ratio
Oracle Database is the most cost effective database for ensuring minimal
downtime and zero data loss. It takes care of most scenarios that might
lead to data unavailability, such as system failures, data failures, disasters,
    human errors
SQL Server does not provide equivalent functionality at the equivalent cost
for handling system failures or data protection.

    *MAA (Maximum Availability Architecture)
Oracle Maximum Availability Architecture (MAA) is Oracle’s best practices
blueprint based on proven Oracle high availability technologies, expert
recommendations, and customer experiences. The goal of MAA is to achieve
optimal high availability for Oracle customers at the lowest cost and
    complexity.
While SQL server also follows ‘High Availability and Disaster Recovery’
architecture, Oracle has an upper edge owing to its higher platform and
environment flexibility as compared to SQL server.
