ඔයාල ගොඩක් කට්ටිය එළකිරි එකට ලොග් වෙන්නේ කොම්පුටර් එකක් පාවිච්චි කරලා. ඒ පාවිච්චි කරන කොම්පුටර් එකේ os එකක් තියෙනවනේ. ගොඩක් කට්ටිය එක එක os තමා පාවිච්චි කරන්නේ. මම මේ thread එකෙන් බලාපොරොත්තු වෙන්නේ ඔයාල මුලින්ම පාවිච්චි කරපු os හා දැන් පාවිච්චි කරන os එක ගැන මෙතන පොස්ට් කරන්න. කොච්චර කාලයක් තිස්සේ පාවිච්චි කරනවද කියල කියන්න.

CentOS on a desktop ?
Their packages are damn old. Switch to Fedora. Same system but updated packages.

yes machan.. I know how bad it is. centOS is in office machine. so I cannot change that. I do not know the real reason behind the selection of the OS. but I heard it is because it is more stable and has some similarities with the the deployment enviroment. what to doooo.....

whats the office ? like to know what office uses CentOS as their desktop OS.
