Thats the thing mcn. They not informed partial payment and pay balance later. As per them due to covid 19 impact management has decided to cut down salary from top to bottom and salary not deposit to bank. I want to know about what is the legal side of this matter.

read up your letter of appointment, the Shop & Office Act and consult a business lawyer if you are seriously going to sue.

explaining that and requesting the employees to take a pay cut is the way to go. Not outright decree it.

Yeh but mcn every company should have contingency plan to face this kind of situation. Yah agreed we should think company side also. That's why we are working from home even mid night also.
My concern is company should think about employee's side also. If some one got half of salary for continuously how they survive.
Im not talking about startup company. this is established and started in more than years and also with 150+ employees.
