2023-04-17 නාරාහේන්පිට RMV එකට ගිහින් Doucments ටික දුන්නා 2023-07-01 ගෙදරට පොත ආවා.
* මන් ලග තිබ්බේ open papers පරණ transfer papers සෙට් එක මං ලග තිබ්බේ.නොමල් service යද්දි පරණ අයිතිකරුගේ අයිඩි එකේ ෆොටෝ කොපියක් ඕනේ වුනේ නැ.
නොමල් service එකට රුපියල් 5150 එකක් ගත්තා. ලයිසන් කරේ නැ අවුරුදු 5 කින් එකත් කරගෙනම ගියේ.එක කරගන්න ගියාම තමා පරන අයිති කාරයාව හොයාගෙන යන්න උනේ.එයාගේ වයස 83ක් (ගැහැණු කෙනෙක්) එයාගේන් ලියුමක් ලියාගෙන ගිහින් තමා ලයිසන් අලුත් කරේ.එයාට තාම එයාට කාර් එක මතකයි. පොතේ පරන අයිතිකාරයෝ ටික අයින් කරලා තියෙන්නේ දැන්.අන්තිම දෙන්නගේ විස්තර විතරයි තියෙන්නේ.

this vehicle belong to my father and he was the one who purchased through lease company.
now he is gone.
lease company advice me that they can't transfer the vehicle to me even i'm the one who paying the rest of arrears.
instead they handover the book and extra key to my mother.

now i want to transfer this vehicle to my name, its still under lease company name.

can you point me the right direction.?

firstly transfer your 3wheel in finance company to your mother .then transfer to your name.

පොතේ ඔව්නර්ස් ලා ගාන ප්‍රින්ට් වෙන නිසා මිනිස්සු ට්‍රාන්සර් නොකර ඉන්නේ. ආයේ විකුණන කොට මාකට් අඩු වෙන නිසා.
