My personal opinion,
If you believe it, no problem, go ahead and do the things and adjust life according to that and you will get the benefit of that.
If you do not believe it, just throw that things and live a free life, with the total control of our own life. It will be great.
But do not stand in the middle, that is the worst possible thing to do. You will nor be free in life neither will get the benefit of 'kendra' things.
