You don't need modern medicine. Just do above. Cheap and effective. You can mix bit of lime juice as well. Whatever you do wash after 1hr and give your head good massage while applying it.

Olive oil/coconut oil mixed with egg white. Apply at least twice a week and see the results (do this at least 4 weeks).

Use Perfectil Original (one tab per day)

with

Minodill 2% for 1st 3 months, and then use Minodil 5%

මේකට ප්‍රතිකාරයක් නැහැ, oil වලට තවත් ඔලුව ජරා වෙන එක වෙන්නේ oil, cream ජාති කීයක් තියනව ඔක්කොම බොරු. බොරු බෙහෙත් වලට වියදම් කරන්න එපා dermatologist කෙනෙක් ව හම්බුනත් දෙන්නෙක් ඔය fen nui minox එකයි තව බොරු shampoo එකයි. ඕකට කරන්න පුළුවන් එකම විසදුම ඔලුව හොඳට clean එකේ තියාගන්න එක. හැමදාම ගාලගෙන යන වතුරෙන් හෝදන්න tap එකෙන්. සබන් ගැන එපා. සතියට පාරක් වගේ හොඳ shampoo එකක් ගාල විනාඩි 10ක් වගේ හොඳට මසාජ් කරලා හොඳට clean කරන්න. ඔලුව කහන ගතියක් ආවොත් නියපොත්තෙන් කසන්න එපා. තේරෙන්නේ නැති උනාට පොඩි තුවාල ඇති වෙනවා. ඔලුව හොඳට හෝදලා වේලලා හිටියනම් හොඳයි.
