අතුරුගිරිය Best. 45 minutes to colombo from athurugiriya town. With all the facilities still kind a greenary area with fresh air.

7,3,4,5 even 6 is the best as far as I see. Nawala, Battaramulla, kotte, Nugegoda, Mount and Dehiwala is also ok but really depends on the neighbourhood.
Why? Convenient, better security, less drama and nosey neighbours.


Ps: I currently live in an appartment in Wellawatta and have lived in Mount, Dehiwala and Narahenpita.
