"පසුගිය ආණ්ඩුවේ ව්‍යාපෘති නතර කෙරුවාට රජයට වන්දි ගෙවන්න සිදු වෙයි" ප්‍රංශ සමාගමට කෝටි 1357ක් වන්දි ගෙවන්න ශ්‍රී ලංකාවට සිදු වෙලා!



පසුගිය රජය විසින් මෙරටට ගෙන්වූ මහා පරිමාණ ආයෝජන ව්‍යාපෘති කිහිපයක් වර්තමාන රජය පත්වී නතර කිරීමට කටයුතු කළා.



කෙසේ වෙතත් එලෙස රජය නවතා දැමූ ආයෝජන ව්‍යාපෘති වෙනුවෙන් ශ්‍රී ලංකාවට අති විශාල මුදල් සම්භාරයක් වන්දි ගෙවීමට සිදුව තිබේ. පසුගිය රජය එම ආයෝජන ව්‍යාපෘතින් කරවා තිබුනේ ආයෝජකයන්ට මෙන්ම ශ්‍රී ලංකා රජයටද හිමිකාරීත්වය පැවරෙන අන්දමටය. මේ අතර රජය ඇමෙරිකන් ඩොලර් මිලියන 500ක් ලබා ගැනීමේ අපේක්ෂාවෙන් එම ව්‍යාපෘතීන්හී රාජයට හිමිකාරීත්වය සහිත හෝටල 2ක් විකුණා දැමීමට රජය සැලසුම් කොට තිබේ.
කොළඹ හිල්ටන් හෝටලයේ රජය සතු කොටස් 51% ප්‍රමාණයත්, කොල්ලුපිටියේ ඉදිකිරීම් අවසන් වෙමින් පවතින කාමර 458කින් සහ මහල් නිවාස ඒකක 100කින් සමන්විත කොළඹ හයට් හෝටලයත් එසේ විකුණා දැමීමට කටයුතු කෙරෙමින් තිබේ. පසුගිය ආණ්ඩුව යටතේ හයට් හෝටල් ව්‍යාපෘතියේ ඉදිකිරීම් ආරම්භ කළ අතර වර්තමාන ආණ්ඩුව බලයට පත්වීමෙන් පසු එහි ඉදිකිරීම් නවතා දැමිණි.
මෙම හෝටල් සංකීර්ණය ඉදිකිරීම් සිදුකරන ලද්දෙ ප්‍රංශ සමාගමක් විසිනි. ඉදිකිරීම් නතර කිරීමට විරෝධය දක්වමින් ප්‍රංශ සමාගම සිංගප්පූරුවේ අධිකරණයේ වන්දි ඉල්ලා නඩුවක් පැවැරූ අතර එම සමාගමට ඇමෙරිකානු ඩොලර් මිලියන 80ක් ගෙවීමට නියම කර තිබේ. මේ මුදල ගෙවීම සඳහා රාජ්‍ය ව්‍යවසාය සංවර්ධන ඇමැති ලක්ෂ්මන් කිරිඇල්ල මහතා කැබිනට් සන්දේශයක් ඉදිරිපත් කොට ඇති බවද මාධ්‍ය වාර්තා පළව තිබේ.
