interesting thread to discuss. my opion it should be legalized rather than leaving more room for corruptions. specially human mind is volatile for adictions. especially need to implement proper education system for this matter. cos every man has the same sex desires irrespectively whether he is poor or rich , labour or professor.That is why that hardly we hear any well eductaed person that involves with any harrasement.primary education is the MOST IMPORTANT!

as u said mate proper counselling should be in place be4 they legalize anything..i dnt knw why men feel de fear of legalizing of sex related stuff in this country
