අප ගෞතම සම්මා සම්බුදුරාජාණන් වහන්සේ මේ ප්රතිවේධ හා ප්රතිපත්ති ශාසනය වසර පන්දහසක් කල් පවතින බව සමන්තපාසාදිකා නම් විනයට්ඨකතාවේහි සදහාන් වෙනවා. සමිමා සමිබුද්ධත්වයෙන් වසර පන්දහසක් ඉක්ම යන තැන මේ ලෝකයෙහි ජිවත් වෙන මිනිසුන් ක්රමයෙන් ධර්මයෙන් ඇත් වෙන්න පටන් ගන්නවා. පිළිවෙත් පුරණ,ගුණධර්ම ඇති මිනිසුන් ක්රම ක්රමයෙන් අඩු වී යනවා. මිනිස් සිත් සතන් අකුසලයෙන් පීරි යනවා. ඒ නිසාම ඔවුන් විවිධ දුසිරිත්වල ඇබිබැහි වෙනවා. මානව ගුණධර්ම ඔවුන් තුළින් ගිලිහී යනවා.මේ නිසාම ඔවුන්ගේ ආයුෂ අනුක්රමයෙන් වසර 10 දක්වා අඩු වී යනවා.
මේ කාලය වන විට මිනිසුන් තිරිසනුන් මෙන් හැසිරෙන්න පටන් ගන්නවා .ඔවුන් තිරිසන් සතුන් සිතන පතන ආකාරයට කටයුතු කරන්න පටන් ගන්නවා. එකිනෙකාට කියන්නේ මෘග සංඥාව පහළ වෙනවා කියලා. ඒ මෘග සංඥාව පහළ වුණාට පසු ඔවුනොවුන් දුටු දුටුවන් සමග ඇණ කොටා ගන්නවා .තමන් වැදු මව සම්බන්ධයෙන් හෝ පියා සම්බන්ධයෙන් කිසිදු ගෞරණිය හැගිමක් ඇති වන්නේ නැහැ. තමන්ගේ ඥාතීත්වය ගැන පවා කල්පනා කරන්නේ නැතිව ඔවුනොවුන් සමග සංවාදයේ යෙදෙනවා. මව පුතා සමගින, පියා දියණිය සමගින්, සොයුරු සොරියන් සමගින්, බාල අය වැඩිහිටියන් සමගින් ආදී වශයෙන් දුරාචාරයෙහි යොදෙනවා.
මේ කාලය වන විට ලෝකයෙහි ආහාර පානාදිය නැති වී යනවා. අමු මෙනේරි, වරා ආදිය වු කටුක සහල් වලින් තැනු බත් රජවරුන්ගේ රාජභෝජන බවට පත්වෙන තරමට ආහාර හිගයක් ඇති වෙනවා .කෑ ජාති වල රස හිගවී යනවා. මෙසේ ලෝකයෙහි ජිවත්වෙන සත්වයන් ආහාර හිග වීමෙන්, ඔවුනොවුන් සටන් කිරිමෙන්, අවි ආයුධ ගෙන සටන් වැදිමෙන් විනාශ වී යනවා. මිනිසුන් සිත් අධික ලෙස ද්වේශයෙන් විනාශයට පත් වෙද්දී,අතට හසු වෙන හසු වෙන දෙයින් දමා ගසා ඔවුනොවුන් විනාශ කර ගැනීම නිසා වෙන ලෝක විනාශය ශාස්ත්රන්ත: කල්පය වශයෙන් දක්වා තිබෙනවා.එසේ කියමින් සක්පල හැම තැනම ඇවිදිනවා.
එය ඇසු ඇතැමි අඥාන අය මේ කවර නම් මුසාවෙක් දැයි අසමින් එසේ පවසන අය පවා විහිළුවට ලක් කරනවා. ඇතැමි නුවණ ඇති අය මේ සත්යයක් සේ අදහා ආහාර පානාදිය සකස් කර ගෙන ගල්ගුවාහවලට ගොස් වැසුසට නොතමී ආරක්ෂා වෙනවා. මෘගවර්ෂාව සක්වල හැම තැනකම එක සේ ධාරානිපාතව වැටෙනවා .ඒ වැස්සට හසු වී තෙමී ගිය සෑම මිනිසෙකුට ම මුවන්සේ, සතුන් සේ පෙනෙන්ට පටන් ගන්වා. එසේ වු විට ඔවුනොවුන් පසු පස්සේදිව යමින් අවි ආයඅධ ගසාගමින්,මරා කන්නට සපළෙඹෙනවා. සත් දිනක් මෙසේ ඔවුනොවුන් මරා දැමිමෙන් පසු මේ ලොව මිනිසුන්ගෙන් හිස්ව යනවා.
දින හතක් ගිය පසු මිනිසුන් නැවත අවුත් බලන විට තම ඥාතින් සියලු දෙනාම විනාශ වී ගිය අයුරු දැක මහත් කමිපාවට පත් වෙනවා. තමන්ගේ ඥාතීන් අධර්මචාරීව කටයුතු කළ නිසා මෙසේ විනාශ වී ගිය බව අවබෝධ කරගත් ඒ මනිසුන් එතැන් පටන් ධර්මාචාරීව කටයුතු කරන්නට පටන් ගන්නවා. විනාශ වී ගිය තම ඥාතීන් පිළි බදව කරුණා සිත් උපදා ගෙන කටයුතු කරගත් ජීවත්ව සිටින අය දෙස මෙත් සිතින් බලන්නට ඔවුන් පුරුදු වෙනවා.අපට මේ සියලු කරදර සිදු වුයේ අප පංච දුරාචාරීයයෙන් කටයුතු කල නිසා අවබෝධ කරගත් ඒ අය ප්රණඝාතයෙන් වැලකී පංච දුරාචාරයෙහි යොදන්නට පටන් ගන්නවා.ඒ අනුව ඔවුන් බිහිවුණු දරුවන් අනුක්රමයෙන් අවුරුදු 20,30,40,50වශයෙන් වැඩි වී යනවා.දස කුසලයෙහි යෙදුණු ඔවුන්ගේ ආයුෂ 200දක්වා අනුකුමයෙන් වැඩි වී යනවා.

However, sometimes, you don't need science to realize something, just a open mind towards other human beings is enough.

I personally know people who are gay and who are discriminated against cos of their sexual preference.
So I can only assure you my feet are well on the ground when I say this..These people have right to their sexual preference as much as straight people do..when you discriminate, only know that you are doing it to a set of people as much flesh and blood as you are who feel just as much or even more than you do
