you don't want to decrypt that. there are lot of ways to get the decrypted messages. one way is you can spread trojans among targeted hosts.
then those trojans will simply open the port from inside of the network and will send off already decrypted messages from victim's machine to relevant servers.
but it should be done within the skype application cause once message comes out it's encrypted.
yeah it's not a sophisticated way but don't forget other than tapping eavesdropping,man in the middle attack, are possible. infact do you know?

Every skype client has the public key of skype inc. which can be used to ensure that you are taking to original skype server, not to a fake server. Therefore man in the middle attack is impossible unless you somehow corrupt the skype client (of the user whose conversations you want to tap) and insert a fake skype public key. But if you can do this, wouldn't it be easier to have the client send you a separate stream or something.
