By the same token he will argue Spicy smelling brown Sri Lankans have a conflict of interest because of south Asian heritage and kick you out of your software/biotech/accounting/ job, to pave way for the REAL WHITE AMERICANS.

ha ha. This is why I call you people hypocrite. First try and differentiate the concepts Legal and Illegal. Go and learn the Constitution. Constitution of the United States, 14th Amendment.

"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States"

A President of the United States alone CANNOT change the constitution.
