    This may be legal. but there is something called tax loopholes. Misusing loop holes to avoid tax and gain personal advantage in such a extend is an ethical issue rather than legal issue

    The businesses he invested in, pay millions of taxes. He just doesn't have an income to get taxed.
    Not even by being president. He is supposed to get paid 400k dollars each year for being the president but each year he donates it back.
