Complain කරන්න තැනකුත් නැහැ මේ ගැන.

Im in kandy. I spoke to three telecom offices to get this done. Finally got it done from the nearest office.

Ado thanks for the advice bro. In my case I handed over all 3 request letters to the teleshop bung. Next time will talk to head person there.
