Artist Bizzy Crook samples Demi Lovato’s “Camp Rock” song “This Is Me” in his new track by the same name. Bizzy spoke with MTV about the reason he decided to use Demi’s chorus in the song, stating:

I didn’t have too many friends; I hung around by myself…then I watched the movie and that song really related to me. A lot of people are really surprised to see someone like Demi Lovato on that specific song. A lot of people when they listened to it they’re like, ‘Wow, it’s still a really good song,’ even if it’s not something they would normally listen to. As funny as it sounds, I actually watch a lot of the Disney movies. ‘Camp Rock’ was probably one of my favorite movies. I actually really, really, really like that song, so I just called my in-house producer one day…it sounded like something completely different.

What is with people thinking it’s a good idea to get as close as possible to the stars they idolize? We all think it would be super fun to meet Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus up close, but that doesn’t mean it’s a good idea to startle them the way Justin recently was in New York City and the way Miley was at her concert in Melbourne, Australia.
In the video below you can see one of Miley’s fans run up behind her at one of her recent concerts and it seems like she wants to get her picture taken with the former Disney star. Instead, the girl is removed from the stage and Miley is practically shoved backstage by a security guard, after she uses her microphone to share her OMG reaction with the crowd.

Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift took a trip to Note Dame recently to visit Taylor’s brother and the duo tried their best to fit in as college students and tour the campus. However, Selena and Taylor sported a ton of Notre Dame garb and thought that they would look like the rest of the students, but that was not the case! The two ended up drawing a ton of attention to themselves and security had to be called because they had so many students following them around!
Selena revealed the following about the excursion in an E! Entertainment Special set to air on June 29th:

We went and we got all this Notre Dame gear so we’re like wearing the Notre Dame jacket and the Notre Dame visor and we learned that’s not how you fit in at college evidently. As we were walking around masses of people ended up following us. And yes they had to call security but it’s all we have that’s close to a normal college experience.
Whoops! Well, now they know for the next time they visit a college campus!
