    1. Partner visa (temporary)

    You must

    • be in a genuine relationship with your spouse or de facto partner who is an Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen
    • have your spouse or de facto partner sponsor you
    • be in Australia when you apply for this visa. Family who apply with you must also be in Australia
    • be in or outside Australia when we decide your temporary visa application.

    2.Partner visa (Permenent)

    You must hold:
    • a Partner visa (subclass 820) or
    • a Dependent Child (subclass 445) visa.
2 years must have passed since you applied for the combined 820 and 801 visa for you to be assessed for the permanent visa.
If you were in a long-term relationship or your sponsor held a specific visa before you applied, you might be granted the permanent visa within less than 2 years. We will let you know if this applies to you.

    Continue to meet relationship requirements.

You must continue to be the spouse or de facto partner of the same person who sponsored you for the temporary Partner visa.

    You must:
    • be married or in a de facto relationship
    • have a genuine and continuing relationship
    • live together, or not live permanently separately and apart
    • be mutually committed to a shared life excluding other partners.
You might still be eligible for the permanent visa if your relationship breaks down or your partner dies before we grant the permanent visa. For more information see Your relationship has changed.

If you are experiencing domestic and family violence, we can help you. You can apply for consideration to be granted your permanent visa. For more information, see Domestic and family violence and your visa.

Two pathways and one extra route!
First is the standard pathway which is much easy need to pass the amc and English test then you need to verify your degree from ECIS , after you need to apply for the Job vacancies in annual JMO/ Registro campaign .

Second option is specialised pathway if you are a specialist in Sri Lanka you can work here In same qualifications after verifying your specialist degree and work experience.

One more infamous way is directly contacting the hospital, get an job offer after explaining your qualifications exam status ex ex you need to face an interview for this .
There are few more if any have contacts here 😀😀😀😀
Yeah i know someone who came here through this 3rd wy. But they need to sponser you to get the PR. Ryt?
