You stupid fuck the cause of the power outage is one of the turbines in lak wijeya power plant malfunctioned, we dont have knowledge nor the tools to repair it fast enough.until last January Chinese engineers were doing all the maintenance according to the agreement we had with them. but the present government canceled the agreement with Chinese.

First time the turbine got malfunctioned (on 25th Feb) engineers were able to patch it up but they didn't realize the way they fixed it wasn't the right way until last sunday, on 13th sunday the same turbine got malfunctioned permanently causing a huge unbalance on the national grid which cause the explosion in biyagama sub station.
