කවුරු හරි මට පැහැදිලි කරන්න පුලුවන්ද ධාරිත්රක හරහා DC විදුලිය ගලා නොයන්න ඇයි කියලත්, එහෙම නම් Chargers, Power supply වල AC - DC කල පසු තවදුරටත් ධාරාව smoothing කිරීමට යොදා ගන්නා ධාරිත්රක වලින් DC ධාරාවක් ගලා යන්නේ කොහොමද කියලා....
There
is a current flow through a capacitor say when it's first connected a power source. The confusion lies here because you think a capacitor is two separated plates filled with an dielectric. So no current flow is possible.
But note that
there are different currents. One is the normal current which we are quite familiar, due to the flow of electrons. This is conduction current.
The other one is the
"Displacement current" - which is due to the rate of change of the electric displacement field.
This is what happens in the capacitor.
That's is where the Maxwell's equations come in. Read about "Electromagnetism".
