Is the most uneducated and person who has done most harm (eg removal of plug, why should govt increase fuel with world market prices)
some educated had done more harm than uneducated eg Dr. Godahewa ( Turtles die due to monsoon!), Vasudewa, Gampila(IMF phobia ) , Dr Nalinda( we will nationalize all private unis!), and many more examples
