I watched the video from the FB and it was not the whole video. So i thought the same video has posted here. I just watched the full one.

Foreigners have agreed to pay 3500 and the guide is asking for extra money.

They have to issue a ticket before the tour.
So no one will face for situations like this.

The tour host told them it would be 3500LKR. During the trip they were told it was 4500LKR by the driver. They were willing to pay the extra 1000 but they weren't appreciating the crude behavior. That's the point of the video.
