When summed up the cost of all 105 missiles against the cost of 3 chemical weapon facilities, I am pretty much sure that the grater loss is for US Government/more precisely for it's tax payers. Next time all Putin has to do is funding Syria to build a bunch of these facilities and US will dig their own grave. That is the Russian propaganda.
