Has anyone come across this error recently?

I have a Malaysian paypal account and I'm trying to withdraw to my Commercial bank debit card. Card is enabled for international payments because I have done ebay purchases with this card.

Tried with Chrome, Firefox and MS Edge browsers and non of them are working...

Anyone else having this issue?​

Same here. You should call paypal to resolve this issue.

But first try using paypal.com/wdfunds link

Yes machan, the fund transfer problem I managed to transfer some available funds, but the rest were still "pending"

But when the pending ones were available this happened...​

Then when I go to the Message Centre this comes,

Where the hell will I be able to find a Malaysian NIC to upload? I'm clueless about what to do next....

Currently I have PayPal account and i linked it with eBay also.
So can i delete that account and re-create a Philippine account?

If I created Philiphine account. will I be able to use it for purchase eBay?
