imidocab is not a drug of a chice for b.gibsoni.
antibiotic combination eka dunnada?
(Doxy,Metro,Clinda)
if that combination also not responding you need to go to other better drug.
but PCV,HB,RBC level still in range.
better to wait few more days and check again.
at the same time ask to give injections of Nandrolone decanoate,

Now they are giving Diminazine Aceturate (2 shots 5 days apart) with amoxicillin+ doxycycline+ ciprofloxiacin
Also gave a steroid to increase blood count.

My dog seems lethargic now. Probably augmentin is too hard for his body. But he eats better and seem to have more energy when he is interacting with us.

Following your advice doctor I want them to put him on doxy+metro+clindacombination but is this the time to ask them or should I wait till current course is over (3 more days)? And ideally how long should M+C+D be given?
I doubt why they give amoxicillin with doxycycline as according to what i saw on internet it can reduce each others effectiveness pls let me know if you think my dog is not getting a proper treatment there. we owe him so much for keeping us safe

Imidocab is not the drug for B.Gibsoni.
Diminazine Aceturate is better drug and they should give it first.

i can not understand who suggest the antibiotic combination they gave.
doxycycline + amoxicillin- Not recommended.
amoxicillin+ doxycycline+ ciprofloxiacin-Again useless for me.

doxy+metro+clinda is the best antibiotic combination and it can give aroud 6 weeks to 12 weeks depending on the situation.

i am not agree with the usage of steroid such as dexamethazone,prednisolone for this kind of a case it may suppress immunity. insted of these i prefer NSAID.

erithropoitin also naturally secereting from kidneys and no need to give it unless renal injury is there.
so as a summery i am not agree with 90% of their teratments. anyway do not show this to them and ask questions based on this that not ethical.

In case we couldn't consult you or another vet soon, we ll have to take our dog there for his 2nd Diminazine Aceturate shot tomorrow ( 5 days after 1st shot) is that how its given normally cause Im afraid they might overdose him by giving it too soon.

Doctor kandy inne kiyala denan hitiye nehe. puluwannam doctor ape dog ta antibiotics course ekak prescribe karala denna. Clinic eken berenil 2nd shot ekai.blood test tikai witharak karagannan. I dont think asking them to change the medicines will work but ill try with out creating a conflict.
