මට migraine වලට අවශ්‍ය වුනොත් ගන්න meftal 500 කියන බෙහෙත දීල තියෙනවා.මේ බෙහෙත හුස්ම ගන්න එක සම්බන්ධ රෝග තියෙන අයට දෙන්නෙ නෑ කියල මම දැන් හොයල බලද්දි දැක්කා.මට wheeze එක තියෙනවා. Inhaler එකක් දිනපතා ගන්නවා.මම ඒක doctor ටත් කීවා.ඒත් බෙහෙත දීල තියෙනවා. මම මේ බෙහෙත බීවට අවුලක් නැති වෙයිද? දන්න කෙනෙක් ඉක්මනට කියන්න. ලොකු උදව්වක්.

If you are allergic to Mefenamic acid you should not use it. It carries a warning against respiratory diseases including asthma. But your doctor knows best about your asthmatic conditions. For many it does not cause any issues. It's only a warning.

Meftal (Mefenamic acid) falls under NSAID group of medicine which are relatively safe with people living with other complications so you wont have a problem unless you are allergic to Mefenamic acid specifically (highly unlikely).
