Umbey gon moleta terenna let me give a few examples.

If the designation is tech lead, architect, or something not that common but you will get a few. If the designation is SE or SSE that is quite common and difficult to narrow down.

now if you have a designation like Principal SE well that is quite rare and you will get found out easily.

So my designation has the above qualities (a rare name) which will reveal my identity which I don't want to do at this point.
