CBSL under Political regime , never change their political agendas if who ever come to power .
New monetary fund should be independent.

CB is the key to control the Monetary policy of any country. I don't know how a CB can be eliminated. Technically the economic equilibrium is achieved by balancing the Fiscal and Monetary Policies.
