They will not sell you the tbill or the bond, what they have is a tbill rate benched marked money market fund. Think of it as a savings account you can withdraw money at any time, but pays you a higher rate. All these products have a risk if the Tbill is restructured. All the ppl will panic and there will be a run on the company and they might not be able to liquidate the Tbill to pay their investment back.
