If you are working for a future 500 company, you will have a nice medical insurance.
it's the private property ownership concept.
If you tie with a well reputed company trust your insurance then you will be oky.
It's the cooperate life, if you don't like that cooperate culture in US never think about it.

And less number of holidays, but only 8 hour working.
