The service is proportional to the amount you pay. If we want something similar to those transport services here in Sri Lanka, we should be ready to pay the European prices as well. I've heard many foreigners say that our transport is dirt cheap compared to theirs and service is shit. So you can get the gist. Other than that we can implement that transport as some welfare service by giving huge subsidies to the service providers. We can do that if we stop pumping funds to unproductive services like SriLankan air line.
