Bad move. Government Doctors should be paid at least 150,000 as a basic. Then may be 25K - 30K allowances on top of that. But they shouldn't be allowed to go private channeling and do PP while working in government hospitals. People cannot afford private hospital charges now and doctors are so eager to go private channeling as soon as they become consultants (spending government money for that too) while neglecting their public service. Some are already planning to migrate after they reach consultant level. Sri Lanka should not produce those kind of jackasses anymore spending public money. The country should spend money on people who are going to rob that money and effort and just migrate??? WTF!!! They should be asked to pay the money back to government if they are getting a citizenship in another country. We are not inclined to pay to produce doctors for Australia, EU and UK

I think there are many useless individuals in government sector who should be fired or go under salary reduction before looking into cutting the salaries of doctors and other medical professionals.
we're seeing more and more skilled individuals getting fed up and leaving the country and the last thing we want is to see skilled medical professionals leaving as well.
most ministers, a majority of provincial council and pradeshiya sabha buggers should be fired for being absolute wastes of space before doing these cuts

Private medical faculties hariyata niyamanaya karala approve kara nam prashna godak wisadenawa. Dollar rata yana ekath sahenna adu wenawa, kochchara lamai Bangladesh, Belarus yanawada.
