It's your responsibility to get transit visa, not the AirLines. However, they should at least inform passengers to make them aware of it.

Turkey embassy eken ahuwama transit visa one na kiwwa. Eth unge website eke thiyanawa one kiyala.

Sri Lankan nationals are required to hold a valid visa for the Hong Kong for whatever purpose (including those who are in transit and remain on the airside) adaha ganna baha neda ? adaha ganna bari wunata meka thamai aththa. usually most countries will allow a person to transit in their airport without a visa if he is not exiting the airport. i dont understand why hong kong is doing this to sri lankan passport holders.
