Im wondering why engineer in Canada worry about life..

Machan if the life is so difficult in Canada,why don't you leave the country? If you are a professional, there is no reason why You can't get a good job here in SL!

machan I am thinking that too or move to Australia. I need to start life from the scratch. It will take many years to settle (it is very difficult). Now I get used to here.

what my experiance was liveid alone for 4-5 years here and there..rent a small room share with 3 guys...
lived in hell..but saved money//loads..when came here...everything vanished you know if you are the elder brother in your family....comitments.....
there are +++ very few tech.vehicles and food and fun etc... gud
but gedara mathakwenakota bada yanawa..
each day was like hell...
in here srilanka if you cant even save something let it be like that you may peace living in your country under your law with your family...........

my two friends are there..one with his family both husband and wife are working upto now they said no hassle....
other one is just married wife still here indent to go..his life is okay it seems coz he is living since 2004 now got a aproffessional job ater gratution..and parents also went and come........

what I have observed here is different. Children have great opportunities. Many complete university education and got well paid jobs.

yes, i have heard that the cities are very different. Here the same in fact, Vancouver is very nice but very expensive. Toronto is different. I do not like very congested cities with lot of traffic.

There are + and - things. Before immigration, he/she should consider those factors carefully.

I know a friend who had a very good job in SL (he saved around 20 lacks in SLR after serving for years and brought the money when immigrating). He want to come here and stay for few years and go back to SL (if doesn't like here). 20 Laks is nothing here. He came here with his family and money was over just after 1.5 years. He has no option but to stay here (whether he like or not)and cover those expenses.

I know some young people in SL thinking "mehe idala hariyanne nehe". Bad politics, poorly paid jobs, bad infrastructure, bad living quality etc. I was same.

I do not discourage immigration. However think about all possible +ve and -ve (depending on country). Don't merely think it will be a heaven.
