You could book a whole helicopter too.

Then prices may rise even. Around 5 lakhs I think.

Because Air force officers have to pay.
Super fuel should be used inside the engine.
Radar and other air traffic problems too.
Salaries of the air crews.
Helicopter maintenance after the journey.

The point is whose money is that money?
I think Ravi should answer that question.
Why not we ask from SLAF media executive ?

5 lacks is for the small helos. AFAIK Mi 17 is much bigger and burn more fuel. It should cost more per a ride. Besides if Ravi was so concerened he could've hired the samller Bell 212 of SLAF. Which normally has seating for 4 people where Mi 17 has 10+ seating capacity.
