Racism is no party's main ideology in Sri Lanka. Not UPFA's, not UNP's or JVP's. I don't even think it's fair to describe Sri Lanka as a racist nation. The sinhalese did not bring the muslims or tamils here through slave trade.

A government that focuses more on the economy, Most of them are not even O/L qualified. So how did the people expect them to fix our economic issue ?

Majority of this country wanted a racist government more than an economically thriving government. This is a very good lesson for all to remember in their lifetimes. Racism will not move the country forward.
