LECO හැම තැනම කරේ නෑ තාම. සමහර තැන් වල තාමත් පරණ මීටර් තියෙනවා.
CEB එකෙන් නම් දෙන ඒවාට communication නැහැ. ඒවාට ඕනනම් GPRS/4G module එකක් හයි කරන්න පුළුවන්.
මේක හයි කරනවා CEB එකෙන් GPRS/4G module එක නැතුව. මේක smart meter එකක් export/import monitor කරන්න පුළුවන් communication module එකක් තියනවනම්

ලෙකෝ එකෙත් ඔහෝම තමයි මීට අවුරුදු දෙක තුන්කට කලින් කරේ. අලුතින් හයි කරන ඒවා ස්මාට් මීටර්, ඒත් Online Monitoring Enable නොකර තමා දෙන්නෙ.

Most company set their parameeters above these to incrse generation .so these values are set because to control the grid in such a outage.
Now when power is given to a selected area all the solar plants kick in around the 2min mark although the demand is low collectively generation ofall the solar plants are grater in number and most of the time if the voltage is set above the recomended value it will push the voltage up and again crash
