I don’t think that you will be able to find a servo kit as similar as the pic from our local market.
Best-practice is :

1. find a suitable servo/stepper motor for your item. At there, you have to consider how controlling signal and negative feedback handle. (don’t forget to be aware of the size and the shape of it too. Otherwise you will be unable to mount it in your application correctly. )

2. Then you have to design elector-mechanical arrangement you yourself (however parts like wheels can be bought from ebay).

3. First of all you register in a robotic-science forum. Then you can find very valuable information from other. South Koreans are the experts of this field. So it’s good you find a forum from there. (south Koreans speaks English well than other east Asians. ).
