My brother is trying to claim warrrenty to his printer which stopped working just 2 days after buying from pc house they are delaying it and claims that their own invoice number is wrong and cannot give warrenty cover. All theses are done by S.H.M. Rishan the owner of PC House. He was a former ship deck boy who became a computer billionaire. His warrenty was good at the begingig but now he has estabslished a monopoly.
His trick is to have different names under the same company. But recently heard they are sinking financially.
