Yes you can use without subscriptions if you only have full iso.

or you can just subscribe for a trial subscription
use

subscription-manager

for more information.


use your Redhat full iso as a repository

Insert the Redhad iso file into the virtual cd drive by clicking the small cd on virtual box software

so you can mount the iso with these commands

mkdir /media/rhel7repo
mount /dev/cdrom /media/rhel7repo

then create the repo manually by creating a file "/etc/yum.repos.d/RHEL7_Disc.repo"

adda following contents (U can use your favorite command line text editor)

method a:
Use NANO / PICO if you are a beginner or you can use vim

[RHEL_7_Disc]
name=RHEL_7_x86_64_Disc
baseurl="file:///media/rhel7repo/"
gpgcheck=0

method b:
or you can follow this method

cat >/etc/yum.repos.d/RHEL7_Disc.repo

and press enter
then select and copy the content from this webpage and
Edit-> Paste (oracle virtual box)
Press enter again (go to the next line)
and finally Press CTRL+D

and you will be able to install X Window System and GNOME or KDE.

check you repolist by executing this command

yum repolist

OK i have installed CentOS too in VM box

but cant get GUI......

if you are using CentOS then you don't have to worry about subscriptions anymore
also you shouldn't follow my previous instructions.

so u r gonna install gnome on CentOS 7 and the command is:

yum -y groups install "GNOME Desktop"
startx

make sure ur vm box has internet access (try: ping elakiri.com)
(in case you are having "cannot find valid base URL" error)

if you don't have internet access then u need to config DHCP Client or enable networking with static ip
