වාරිපනම් සෑදීම සදහා අවශ්‍ය දේවල් මොනවද? කරන්න ඕන පිළිවෙල මොකක්ද?
කව්රු හරි ගාව වරිපනම් හදන්න ඕන form එකක් තියෙනවද?

ප්‍රදේශයෙන් ප්‍රදේශයයට තියෙන වාරිපනම් form එක වෙනස්ද?
වාරිපනම් සෑදීම සදහා ලග තබාගතයුතු අවශ්‍ය document එකක් තියෙනව නේද? එක කාගව හරි තියෙනවද?

You have to take that from a Local Council. I mean the form.

First, go there and ask. Then they will give an application with a list of required documents. Most probably the copy of the registered deed and the last paid varipanam receipt etc.

Then you need a lawyer to fill the application.

Submit it to the council and they do something like registration of the application with Rs 200 fee.

Then RO will come to your premises . Afterwards you have to go back to the council and confirmed the Varipanam.
