මේක වීස් එකට ගන්න බෙහෙතක් නෙමේ බං මේක ගන්නෙ allergic rhinitis (නහය බ්ලොක් වෙන එකට). මේකෙ තියන active ingredient එක Budesonide, ඒ කියන්නේ inhaled corticosteroid එකක්. Do not take various medications mentioned here. As I said before Asthma has to be managed by a physician. He will decide how best to deal with your case and that's why I mentioned to stay with one specialist. It's a long term procedure.

You might need Preventers and not only Brochodilators. Preventers come in many forms. There are Single Preventer Inhalers, which are usually corticisteroid based.
Then there are Combination Preventer medications. These inhalers contain two drugs within one inhaler, known as a ‘fixed-dose combination’ inhaler. This type of devices ensure the correct drug combination is delivered accurately per dose. Most of these contain a corticosteroid-based preventer combined with a long-acting bronchodilator.

Also there are non-steroidal preventers. These work by lowering the Histamines or by muscle relaxation agents.

The doctor will determine what's best for you, so don't take these just because someone else is using it.

Can you please check and let us know... There are no vaccines for Asthma. I wish if there was one.
But probably they give a jab of the Flu Vaccine.

There's only experimental ones on mice that prevents allergies due to dust mites and some other allergens leads to the production of antibodies IgE and type 2 cytokines (such as interleukin-4 (IL-4) and IL-13) in the airways.
