u need to give a written request to the card centre.
then they will transfer the request amount to ur savings account.

If u have sampath vishwa account you can transfer online to ur savings account.

you can't insert the web card in to ATM and get money

ගන්න පුළුවන් බන්. උන් මුලින් බැ කියනවා. ඒත් ටිකක් වද දුන්නම ගන්න පුළුවන්. Request එකක් දෙන්න කියනව ලියල ලගම තියන branch එකට නැත්තන් fax කරන්න කියනවා card center එකට. මගේ මේ ලගදි එහෙම අරන් දැන් card එකේ minus balance එකක් පෙන්නන්නේ. ඒක හදල දෙන්නන් කීවා තාමනන් නැ
