Can't complain. Nearly 1yr now and working almost 18hrs per day. Initially service done by Softlogic but now we got the no of service guys and talk to them directly. Its cheap and more reliable.

Its Inverter type. I don't have exact idea but cost stayed pretty much same as LG Inverter model, which we replaced.

The roof height is about 13 feet

Yeah you need 18btu model. Otherwise it's not going to cool your room and waste of electricity
